Toolbox update followed by Toolbox crashing , followed by a bloody long wait and now apparently updated.
A fair comment regarding the 'missing' email informing us customers.

I have a very fast BT Fibre Broadband, I don't understand why mine is going to take over 5 hours, never mind the installation process

Has Naviextras messed up? I did an update at the end of last year, and yet when I went into Mazda Toolbox this evening it said Nov 2015 was available 
I did the backup, download & install anyway. Used space on my SD card has increased from 6721 to 6786.
If, from Mazda Toolbox Home Menu, I go to Settings > SD Diagnostics the licences listed are:
Mazda FEUR NQ2015 Q2
Mazda FEUR NQ2015 Q4
Has anyone got anything that mentions 2016?
I did the backup, download & install anyway. Used space on my SD card has increased from 6721 to 6786.

Toolbox crashed last night, now trying again
But the update doesn't make sense, it calls itself 2015 Q4
I shall ask Mazda what's going on and try to check what's been updated
That is if I ever get it installed

Mapcare subscription expiration date: 02.05.2019

Before running the install I checked the SD Diagnostics and got the information :-

Rights
Map of Europe 2015 Q4 Expiration 02.05.2019

Ran the Install process. Although I only have an 8Mbps ISP connection, I cannot fathom out why the download stage for a presumably < 8MB file(s) took just under 2 hours !!! Install itself then crawled along for 30 minutes before finally finishing !! Mazda might design and build great cars, but either their own or their supplier's software people need a damn good kick up the rear spoiler for how this Mazda Toolbox software works.
I then rechecked the SD Diagnostics. Space taken up has risen marginally as reported by jtonline from 6721MB to 6786MB. The Licences and Rights information was exactly the same as before hmmmm something isn't quite right with this apparent update release as there's nothing mentioning 2016 !!
I'll hold fire contacting Mazda UK till I hear if others have had any luck getting an explanation.
